Manufacturing and engineering recruitment specialist Theo James Recruitment, based at Belmont Industrial Estate in Durham, has appointed Shaun Campbell as company director and shareholder as it continues its growth plans.
Shaun joined the business in 2020 with no previous recruitment experience and has spent the past two years as operations director.
His progression comes six years after joining the company shortly before the Covid pandemic, during which he helped develop its people, processes and company culture.
