Walkergate Durham Levels Up with Karaoke, Big Putts Mini Golf, & More at LANE7!

Walkergate Durham’s resident bowling and games arcade LANE7 has now completed the significant refurbishment of its downstairs venue to bring new entertainment offerings to the city centre.

The refit has refreshed the space, adding new attractions for visitors to LANE7 and Walkergate - including Durham’s only karaoke booths. Bookable in 55 minute slots, LANE7’s karaoke offers an exclusive sing-along experience in the city centre for groups of up to 12 people. Another new addition to the Durham venue is LANE7’s signature “Big Putts” Mini Golf, a hi-tech game that combines bowling and mini golf for a next-level interactive game of skill. The new space has also increased the capacity for Durham’s most popular games, from arcade machines and digital darts to a new dedicated area for pool that features double the tables for double the action.

Highlighting the all-new and improved offerings at LANE7 Durham is the new interior design that encapsulates the activity bar’s lively energy and urban aesthetic that has revitalised classic arcade games for 21st century adult audiences. The new graffiti-inspired paintwork provides the perfect backdrop for nights out in Durham, from one-on-one date nights to large friend and family gatherings.
