Waterstons helps City of London Police launch cyber tool

A County Durham IT and business consultancy has played a key role in upgrading a national police cyber security tool, helping thousands of organisations better protect themselves from online threats.
Waterstons, headquartered in Durham with offices across the UK and Australia, worked in partnership with the City of London Police to modernise and relaunch Police CyberAlarm (PCA), a cyber security monitoring and reporting service backed by the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC).
Police CyberAlarm, which has supported businesses since 2020, helps organisations identify suspicious cyber activity.
