Café Filto, which was co-founded by Dom Johnson, 31, is hoping to open its Durham café in early May.
The café, which was founded on August 29, 2025, has three sites across Newcastle, including its flagship site in Sandyford, as well as a restaurant and matcha bar in Fenwick’s.
