A nine-year-old boy from County Durham has turned his love of baking into a thriving weekend stall after struggling to cope with the loss of his grandfather.
Jacob Coxon, nine, was left heartbroken after his grandad died in October last year.
Having spent time with him every weekend, Jacob found it difficult to adjust to the sudden absence and often felt lost during his free time.
His mum, Jennifer Williams, 45, encouraged him to focus on something he enjoyed as a way of managing his grief.
