A County Durham pub has reopened after an extensive three-month refurbishment.
The Fountain, in Consett, officially opened its doors to the public on Friday (May 23) after being closed since February.
Located opposite Consett bus station on Medomsley Road, the pub's renovations are far-reaching, including an exposed brick wall, both inside and outside the venue.
The menu has been revamped too, with the bar carrying a house lager on tap.
