A well-loved burger brand started by two North East friends with sites now across the country has announced it will be opening a new store in County Durham.


Fast-growing business, Craft Burger, has listed a Consett venue as "coming soon" on its website, with the County Durham town set to become the latest addition to its expanding portfolio.


The company has not yet announced an opening date, but the site is earmarked to open in 2026.
