Dalton Park achieves full occupancy milestone

A County Durham shopping destination has reached a retail milestone after more than two decades.
Dalton Park, the North East’s largest outlet shopping centre, is now fully let for the first time since opening in 2003.
The achievement follows a focused leasing strategy by asset managers Global Mutual, who took occupancy from 87.3 per cent in 2022 to full occupancy today.
