Easington-based care provider invests in beach wheelchairs

A County Durham care provider has launched a new service to help people with additional needs enjoy the beach after an inspiring trip to the Netherlands.


Quality Plus Care Solutions, based in Easington, now offers beach wheelchairs designed for physically disabled and neurodiverse individuals who require support, making it possible for them to spend time by the sea.


Ebba Ushe, an experienced qualified nurse who runs Quality Plus Care Solutions, said: "I first saw the chairs during a visit to the Netherlands and was amazed by them.
