County Durham-based technology company Filtronic has strengthened its position in the defence sector with a £13.4 million contract to supply components for an advanced electronic sensor system.
The firm will manage the complex manufacturing and testing of critical components for an unnamed client, reinforcing its reputation for high-precision engineering.
Production and testing will take place at Filtronic’s facility at NETPark in Sedgefield, with deliveries scheduled to begin in summer 2026.
