A new charity initiative has launched with a £5,000 donation to a County Durham charity.
The PHS Foundation, set up by the parent company of Oakes Energy and 0800 Repair, has made its first donation to Stanley-based Mixit Days.
Mixit Days is a theatre and pop group that aims to enrich the lives of people with disabilities through social engagement and inclusive activities.
The team from 0800 Repair and Oakes Energy visited Mixit Days to see how the funds would be used and to learn more about the charity's work.
