New Indian restaurant set to open in Shotley Bridge

The team behind an award-winning Indian restaurant are set to expand into County Durham, with work underway on their latest venue.


The former Rumi’s site on Front Street in Shotley Bridge is set to be converted into Kushi.


In a Facebook post last November owners, who also run the Morpeth and Brockwell Tandooris in Northumberland said: "We are delighted to announce that we have purchased the former Rumi’s on Front Street in Shotley Bridge.
