New Newton Aycliffe development to create more than 1,100 jobs

More than 1,100 new jobs are on the way in Newton Aycliffe as part of a major development.

More than 1,100 new jobs are on the way in Newton Aycliffe as part of a major development.


The roles will be created at Merchant Park, a 65-acre industrial scheme in Newton Aycliffe, following the completion of its first 53,993 sq ft warehouse.


North East Mayor Kim McGuinness welcomed the news during a recent visit to the site, located on Millennium Way.
