A Newton Aycliffe shower designer and manufacturer, is celebrating the retirement of its chief operations officer after 25 years of service.


John Wright, who joined Roman when its new factory first opened, retired on Thursday, leaving behind a legacy of operational excellence and industry innovation.


David Osborne, chief executive officer at Roman, said: "John has made an immense contribution to our sustained and transformational growth during his tenure.
