A County Durham pub has been shortlisted for a national award, with its manager praising the “real community” spirit behind its success.
The Newton Grange, in Durham, has been nominated in the Best Marston’s Pub category at The Great British Pub Awards.
Manager Lewis Jameson, 31, said the nomination was a proud moment for the whole team after months of hard work.
