A County Durham wastewater treatment firm has expanded with a takeover.


Premier Tech has bought Hampshire’s RMS Waste Disposal.


Bosses say the move strengthens Peterlee-based Premier Tech’s septic maintenance and tankering arm. They add, the agreement will see nine staff join its workforce.
