Letting secured for prime Durham unit as flooring retailer expands

A flooring retailer is set to relocate to a new base in Durham following a deal brokered by Naylors Gavin Black.


Flooring Superstore is consolidating operations from multiple smaller units at South Church Enterprise Park in Shildon into a new sustainable facility at Connect, part of the wider Integra 61 development just off the A1(M).

The move is expected to streamline operations and support the company's planned expansion.

The unit forms part of Sunrise Real Estate's pan-European portfolio, which spans nine countries and more than 20 million sq ft.
