A new lease agreement has been secured at a flagship logistics development in County Durham.

Restore Plc, a records management, digitisation and secure recycling services firm, has signed a 15-year lease for Connect 84, a “state-of-the-art” industrial warehouse that is part of the Connect development at Integra 61.


Spanning 84,175sq ft (hence the name Connect 84), it is the largest speculative new build logistics project in the North East in two decades. 


Developed by pan-European investor Sunrise Real Estate, the wider Integra 61 scheme, situated adjacent to junction 61 of the A1(M), consists of five units totalling 640,000sq ft, with a focus on sustainability, including BREEAM Excellent ratings.
