Housebuilder Banks Homes is getting ready to throw open the doors to two new show homes at its first large-scale residential development.
The dedicated housebuilding arm of the Banks Group is building 150 high specification new homes at its Cathedral Meadows development on Station Road in West Rainton, which will include 120 detached, three-to-five bedroomed family homes, as well as a further allocation of 30 affordable properties.
Banks Homes has created a bespoke range of seven different house types for Cathedral Meadows, with two five-bedroomed show homes opening their doors to the public for the first time at 10am on Saturday 14th December.
Places are now available for the ticketed Saturday event, while the show homes will be open to all visitors at any time between 10am and 4pm on Sunday 15th December.
They will then remain open every day between 10am and 5pm up to Christmas Eve before reopening on Friday 27th December.

Each Cathedral Meadows property will feature an advanced Hive heating system, an Omega kitchen, Porcelanosa bathrooms, a Ring video doorbell, a full range of kitchen appliances and a fully-turfed garden.
The development will also include a new play area, new landscaped areas and new areas of public open space.
The first property reservations at Cathedral Meadows have already been taken by local homebuyers, with the first occupants scheduled to be moving into their new homes in 2025.
