The project, taking place in Throston Grange, Hartlepool, is being delivered by County Durham based Esh Construction in partnership with Thirteen Group.


A £2.1 million refurbishment scheme is underway to modernise nearly 300 homes in a North East town.


It will see improvements made to 297 properties.


Andrew Harrow, framework manager at Esh Construction, said: "The Throston Grange scheme is another example of how our partnership with Thirteen Group is delivering meaningful improvements to homes and communities.
